Support for Christian Work at LSE

Dear fellow-LSE-alumni

My name is Jude Daniel, and I graduated from the LSE just a few months back(if my name sounds familiar, it’s because I wrote on this blog several months ago).

While at LSE, the Lord taught me what it is to be a mature Christian; to be in the world, but not of it. Much of what He taught me was through the lives of more mature Christians around me, in the CU and outside it.

Upon graduation, I considered all the usual options open to LSE students. But the Lord led me very clearly towards serving Him in student ministry. So instead of going into a secular workplace, I am now working at LSE for an organisation called Agape, the British arm of Campus Crusade for Christ. I have come across several hurdles along the way, not to mention the incredulous expressions on the faces of friends upon hearing that I am not working in a highly-paid job.

In fact, Agape don't actually pay me a salary directly for working for them; I am expected to raise my own funds for my work. That is why I am writing this blog. I know that most of you reading this (if not all of you) have a heart for LSE and London students. I would love for you to prayerfully consider supporting me in this ministry.

I know that most of you do not know me, and may be hesitant to support me without at least meeting me first. Please feel free to get in touch with me with any questions you may have about Agape, or to arrange to meet up to chat more.

Yours in Christ

Jude
